Damaged Items

Damaged items MUST be reported within 5 days of receiving the goods to hello@luxiecharm.com

Returns

Please contact hello@luxiecharm.com to start a return, or if you need additional assistance. 

  • Returns must be within 10 days of the order date. We will not consider returns outside the 10 day window.

  • Returns must be received by Luxie Charm within 2 weeks of receiving a return label.

  • Returns are processed within 3-5 business days from arrival to Luxie Charm.

  • Returned goods must be delivered to Luxie Charm unused, unworn, tags still attached, in original packaging and in the condition they were received. 

    • If they are not, items may not be eligible for refund, or they may be subject to a 35% restocking fee.

  • Free return labels are available for store credit returns. 

  • Otherwise, a pre-paid label is available for $5.99 - the cost of which will be deducted from your refund.

  • Luxie Charm cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Optional paid priority shipping is not refunded. 

  • Packages that are sent back for insufficient address, refused package, could not deliver, mailbox full, or any reason beyond our control are subject to an $10 fee, which will be deducted from your original purchase upon issuing a refund. Ensure your address is correct at checkout, as we cannot change information once the order is being processed.

  • Packages sent back without using our provided shipping label and using our return center will delay your return process 15+ days. We are not responsible for customers who send back items out of our policies stated above and choose to return by personal couriers and shipping labels. If your item(s) is not delivered, no tracking and/or states delivered but our warehouse has not received it, we reserve the right to decline your refund and return. No Exceptions. 

Returns on Orders with Sales/Discount Codes

  • Items purchased using a discount code in the order will be refunded at the promotional value only if the amount of the discount is under 25%. 

  • Items discounted 25% or higher are final sale and not eligible for return.

    • *All Sale items are final. Sale items are any items discounted 25% or more. 

Refunds

  • Please allow us 3-5 business days to process refunds after receipt of the item.

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

 If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, please place a new order for that item and send back the original order for a refund within 30 calendar days of receipt.

Price Adjustments

  • Price adjustments for all sales are honored if you placed your order 48 hrs before the start of a sale. If requested within 2 days of the order, sale or promotion, unless otherwise noted in promotion rules. 
  • Please contact our customer service team at hello@luxiecharm.com with your order details. The difference will be returned to you as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

Luxie Charm is not shipping internationally at this time.
